ONE BODY ONE SPIRIT FREE

13For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 8For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit 9To another faith by the same Spirit to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit 10To another the working of miracles to another prophecy to another discerning of spirits to another divers kinds of tongues to another the interpretation of tongues: 11But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.ġ2For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 7But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 6And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 5And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 4Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 3Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 2Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.

23And those parts of the body that we consider less honorable, we clothe these with greater honor, and our unrespectable parts are treated with greater respect,ġNow concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. 21The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you! " Or again, the head can't say to the feet, "I don't need you! " 22On the contrary, those parts of the body that are weaker are indispensable. 19And if they were all the same part, where would the body be? 20As it is, there are many parts, but one body.

17If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 18But as it is, God has arranged each one of the parts in the body just as he wanted. 16And if the ear should say, "Because I'm not an eye, I don't belong to the body," it is not for that reason any less a part of the body. 15If the foot should say, "Because I'm not a hand, I don't belong to the body," it is not for that reason any less a part of the body. 14Indeed, the body is not one part but many. 13For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body-whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free-and we were all given one Spirit to drink. 26And if one part of the body suffers, all the parts suffer with it if a part is honored, all the parts rejoice with it.ġ2For just as the body is one and has many parts, and all the parts of that body, though many, are one body-so also is Christ. But God has so composed the body, giving more abundant honor to that part which lacked, 25so that there may be no division in the body, but that the parts may have the same care for one another. 21And the eye cannot say to the hand, 'I have no need of you' or again, the head to the feet, 'I have no need of you.' 22On the contrary, it is much truer that the parts of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary 23and those parts of the body which we consider less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor, and our less presentable parts become much more presentable, 24whereas our more presentable parts have no need of it. 19If they were all one part, where would the body be? 20But now there are many parts, but one body. 17If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole body were hearing, where would the sense of smell be? 18But now God has arranged the parts, each one of them in the body, just as He desired. 16And if the ear says, 'Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body,' it is not for this reason any less a part of the body. 15If the foot says, 'Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body,' it is not for this reason any less a part of the body. 14For the body is not one part, but many.
